All photography sessions must be officially booked in advance through our authorized contact channels. A confirmed booking strictly requires a mutually agreed upon date, time, and specific location. We allocate dedicated time slots to ensure the highest quality of service and attention to detail. Clients are expected to arrive punctually for their scheduled shoots to maximize their session. Late arrivals may unfortunately result in a shortened session time without any reduction in the total fee. We require a clear creative brief and shot list provided prior to the actual shoot date. Scheduling is entirely subject to the availability of our lead photographers and creative team. Any requested changes to the schedule must be communicated well in advance to avoid conflicts.
Securing your photography session requires a standard non-refundable upfront financial deposit. This initial deposit ensures your specific date and time are firmly locked into our studio calendar. The remaining balance for the selected package must be paid in full on or before the shoot day. We accept various forms of secure payment including direct bank transfers and major digital wallets. Failure to complete the final payment may result in a delay in processing and delivering your images. Additional services requested on the day of the shoot will incur extra itemized charges. All baseline pricing is clearly outlined in your initial project proposal and digital invoice. Official payment receipts will be provided for all monetary transactions for your personal records.
We understand that completely unforeseen circumstances may require you to alter your original plans. If you need to cancel the project entirely, the initial securing deposit remains non-refundable. Rescheduling requests made at least forty-eight hours in advance can be accommodated without any penalty. If you attempt to reschedule within forty-eight hours of the shoot, a new deposit may be required. Weather-dependent outdoor sessions can be rescheduled without penalty at the sole discretion of the photographer. We actively strive to be as flexible as possible while deeply respecting our creative team's time. Repeated rescheduling by the client may result in the total cancellation of your photography project. Our ultimate goal is to ensure every client receives dedicated, focused, and uncompromised attention.
PixO Studios strictly retains full artistic control over the photography process and final editing style. We edit all delivered images in our signature cinematic style as beautifully showcased in our portfolio. Clients may not request unedited, raw files, or original source formats under any standard package. We carefully curate and select the final digital gallery to reflect the absolute best moments of your session. Specialized high-end retouching requests beyond standard color correction will actively incur additional hourly fees. We do not alter fundamental body shapes or apply heavy artificial manipulation to our portrait subjects. Your official booking implies a deep trust in our professional artistic direction and creative vision. Extensive re-editing requests after delivery are subject to studio approval and extra commercial billing.
PixO Studios legally retains the original copyright to all photographs captured during your scheduled session. We gladly grant clients a perpetual print release license to use the images for personal printing purposes. Commercial usage rights for brand marketing must be explicitly negotiated and stated in your final contract. Clients are strictly prohibited from applying their own color filters or secondary edits to our finalized images. We reserve the standard right to use select images from your session for our studio portfolio updates. This specific usage includes features on our official website, social media platforms, and printed marketing materials. If you require a strict non-disclosure agreement for your project, please inform us before booking. Proper tag credit to PixO Studios is always immensely appreciated when posting our professional work online.
Final processed images will be digitally delivered via a highly secure online viewing gallery link. Standard turnaround times naturally vary based on the specific package complexity and current studio workload. Regular photography sessions are typically delivered to the client within seven to ten standard business days. We ensure all finalized images are provided in crisp, high-resolution formats completely suitable for printing. The digital online gallery will remain actively online for thirty days for you to easily download your files. Clients are solely and completely responsible for securely backing up their digital images immediately after downloading. We absolutely do not archive client galleries indefinitely on our active studio servers or hard drives. Archival retrieval requests made after the gallery officially expires will involve a flat administrative retrieval fee.
PixO Studios takes the absolute utmost care with respect to exposure, digital processing, and file delivery. However, in the highly unlikely event of total photographic failure or equipment malfunction, our liability is strictly limited. We will only issue a full refund of all payments received from the client for that specific session. We cannot be held legally responsible for missed moments due to uncontrollable circumstances beyond our reach. This explicitly includes uncooperative subjects, extreme weather conditions, or sudden venue photography restrictions. The client firmly assumes full responsibility for their personal safety during all on-location photography shoots. We are completely not liable for any personal injuries or property damage occurring during the session timeframe. By proceeding with the shoot, the client legally acknowledges, understands, and fully accepts these specific limitations.
