• Step 1: CHOOSE A TEMPLATE
The first step is to choose a template you like from the template library. Make a note of its product number which will look something like this: MD0160101. Alternatively you can click on the link provided to request more information about the template you are viewing.
• Step 2: BRIEFING
This is where we find out about the purpose and requirements of the design. To collect this information we will email you a briefing questionnaire.
We'll also need to collect the material that will be used as content. This usually includes any text, images and your logo. We'd prefer to receive this electronically (especially the text) and you'll be able to email this directly, or post on a CD if necessary.
It's not a problem if you don't have all of the details from the start. Changes to text and imagery can be made throughout the project, however it is helpful to have as much as possible when we begin.
• Step 3: FIRST DRAFTS
Using the information you provide in the briefing stage we will customise the template to your needs using your text, logo and images.
• Step 4: FEEDBACK
Once you have received your drafts we need to know what you think. You can return your feedback to us by email or phone.
• Step 5:
REFINEMENT
Based on your feedback from the first drafts we will further refine the design if necessary. This process of feedback and refinement continues until you are happy with the design.
• Step 6: FINALISE & DELIVERY
Once you have approved the final design the artwork is prepared for printing.
